Not-for-profits hold sensitive personal information while operating with limited time, funding and technical resources. As cyber threats continue to evolve, strengthening cyber security and digital privacy is becoming increasingly important for organisations across the community services sector.
To better understand the challenges and opportunities facing WA not-for-profits, the Western Australia Council of Social Service (WACOSS) partnered with WorkVentures to undertake cyber security assessments with 14 community service organisations across Western Australia. The resulting research provides a unique snapshot of the sector’s current cyber security strengths, gaps and priorities.
