Whether you are a Windows person or prefer Apple, this section should help you to understand how each program offers similar word office programs to use on your device. Have you tried out the ‘dictate’ button yet? Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Pages and Keynote all have this function where you can press the dictate or microphone button and it will record your voice and change it to text (voice to text program). This will work on the latest Microsoft Office 365 package using Microsoft Windows 10 and above or whilst working with these documents online. If you are using an Apple device like an iPhone or iPad, the microphone button is found within the keyboard in Pages or Keynote.
