Two Factor authentication or 2FA is an extra layer of security that helps keep you safe when accessing your phone, computer, banks or some business websites. It will ask you to verify your log in using a code sent to your email or phone number. Having 2FA is important as it is a way that prevents easy access for cybercriminals to access your important information whilst being online.
