Good Things Foundation has created a short course about how to motivate learners to get involved with your digital skills session. It includes topics like: Finding the hook, overcoming some common barriers, creating a safe and comfortable learning environment, managing learners expectations and some examples to practise these skills.
How to be a Digital Mentor- this course will help you to support people through their first steps to use computers, the internet and improve their digital skills.
